I want knows can I take local transfer even current sponsor not agree with me, as per the laboure law in KSA

before two year I was free visa after that I take local transfer in company. just I want to knows can I take return back my local transfer for to join an other company. and my current sponsor not giving local transfer (there is any salutation)

you can move to another company without your sponsor permission only if:
1. Your sponsoring company is in red zone.
Or
2. Your sponsor hasn't renewed your Iqama within one month of it's expiry.
Or
3. You haven't been paid your salaries for 3 months.

AS per I heard to each other there is (LABOURE LAW OF KSA) If worker is requirement change sponsorship he can. But I don't know what is truth. please must reply

No, you can't change your sponsorship without your sponsor's consent
...except the conditions @Anoos listed down above.
