One of the best places to try is 3m.

I had my windows tinted there and saw the work they did on other cars. They also have a facebook page where you can see some of their work.

I had a look on Cobone, obv don't know MCare in Riyadh but they have an offer for full detailing for 299SAR.

Might be worth having a look at.
