Helen Ziegler & Associates (click here) recruit western medical professionals for Saudi Arabia.  I suggest you peruse the website, possibly even email them, to get an idea of the salaries here.

I didn't say to use them as recruiters because I did, of course, realize that you're a Brit I said to read their posts to see what is being offered to medical professionals here (in other words, pick their brains).
