You can't.  You have most of the country, it's yours.  Expats, on the other hand,  only have these compounds where they can enjoy a little release from what to us is a very restrictive atmosphere.  I'm sure you can understand this.

Of course you can enter those compounds if you know a friend that lives in one of them ! They are deferent and has deferent policies but most of them you can get in with a resident good luck finding a nice friends they are a lot here

The WESTERN ones check passports and won't allow nationals.  Sorry. (Well let me say, not the ones I know--admittedly I haven't been to every western compound lol).
