Parents medical entitlement

If parents are in KSA on visit visa what is status of medical care for them. Are they eligible for healthcare in MOH hospitals or they need private health insurance.

Maybe I did not understand this question.
but my understanding is that parents on visit visa are not covered and you need to pay for their checkups

Thanks @ pkmusd. Is there option to pay for private insurance for parents coming to KSA on visit visa.

Yes, as far as I know there are policies for non-Iqama holders (visitors). I thin your best bet is to check it out straight from the horse's mouth.

@TLL: if they are givign cover to non-iqama hodlers definitely its a good nws but I highly doubt this.
