Bank charges in Saudi Arabia

Hi, Iam interested in opening a bank account in Saudi Arabia, But before I do, I would like to know what the bank charges are and if there is any interest?

Hey vinnie,
They will never charge you for opening any account, but make sure first deposit should minimum SR 3000 , later on you can keep zero.

I'm with Sabb bank(part of HSBC).
..No charges for opening an account and you don't even have to deposit any money to open it.

But @wilson, it's not a saudi bank. Don't they lack any integral banking services like issuing credit cards & international renittance etc?

@TheLegendLeads, don't worry about Alinma you can transfer remittance, and most sure part once you have good relation with bank than automatically you will get a Credit Card:one. So no worries to get sponsor letter. get a saving account directly and try to access net banking features you will know.
