Unpaid Loan In Saudi Entry to GCC countries

Hello Folks,

I need some authentic advice and may be from someone who have had this experience or at least witnessed it.

Let say someone with an unpaid loan of about 100,000 SAR (including CC payments) left Saudi Arabia about 5 years ago , now this person is travelling via other GCC countries , will there be a problem entering/transiting through GCC countries such as UAE, Bahrain, Oman , Qatar.

it-seems the agencies has been been following up for payment even today.
