I am hoping someone can share their inputs for this query.

I am previously an expat in SA and married in Sharia court. We both converted to Muslim. Were been married for 10 years and no kids. My husband without any permission left me in SA and went in Philippines and too late to find out that he has having an affair and the woman is already pregnant. I keep on reaching him but he blocked all the access in social media or any sort of communication is already blocked. 2 years had passed I left SA too. Now I am very much interested is there still a possibility that I can file a divorce from.sharia court when both of us are no longer living in SA. I dont know how to make myself clear from my legal marriage contract with him. I have tried to file online my divorce -Najez app but it really takes time for the processing and my contract ends so it was terminated and wasnt continued.  Now can somebody help me how to make it possible to have my divorce file? Please send me advice 🙏 thannks for this community.
