Resignation during probation

I transfered in a company where I bear all my expenses and still I'm in probation period and I want to resign. As in qiwa contract it's mentioned only employer can terminate the contract with in probation period


What should I do to leave the company?

File a case in labor office. According to Art 53 of Saudi Labor & Workmen law Royal Decree No M/51 of 23 Sha’ban 1426 Hejra (corresponding to 27 September 2005), both party SHALL have the right to terminate the contract during probationary period.
