Existing loan from Tasheel

Hello everyone!

I left KSA for final exit last July 2024 due to the new job offer. But, when i left i have existing loan from Tasheel amounting 10,000SAR. However, I continuously paying my monthly dues with the help of my colleague and i have all the receipts of those fees. I also send an email to Tasheel but there’s no response yet from them.

my question is. Am i able to enter the immigration in saudi arabia? Will i be in trouble because of that?

to be honest i didn’t realise that i am consider a defaulter until i read the terms. Because all i was thinking that maybe it’s okay since i’m also paying monthly bills.

Just now i realized that its possible for a person with outstanding balances from financing institution, to be issued final exit visa, if my understanding is correct.
