Spare parts Agency is not refunding money

Hi All,

I have a problem since 3 months now that I paid amount of over 8K SR for the purchase if spare parts for my car. The spare parts were never provided and when I asked for the refund, the responsible person says that they will return tomorrow or next week. Sometimes saying that Kaferl is outside country and sometimes saying that there is a problem with the bank account of the company.


I also contacted to Ministry of Commerce and escalated them the issue by opening reports multiple times but it seems that Agency doesn't care about Ministry of Commerce.

If anyone went through this problem or have a advise for me, Please advise.
