What is policy for pregnant lady in case of medical test ?

Hello Everyone

Need a guidance in case of permanent visa for 24 week pregnant lady, we are in india now.


I have family visa and my wife is pregnant , GAMCA lucknow center confirmed that full test is mandatory including the XRAY

and vfs also required full medical test report


Any one can suggest what is policy for pregnent lady in case of medical test and how we can get exemption on medical test
