Absent from work while abroad

Hello

I have a question, my iqama is expiring in 2 months and my present employer has given me 2 months in written to transfer my iqama.


as I have been constantly lined upon the Hr of this compnay , I don’t thrust their words.


what happens,  if while I’m abroad on holiday , departing in 3 days, they issue a absent from work request ?


also is it legal that I received a new contract on Qiwa which I accepted , and the last day ( yesterday ) of my probation , I received that they will not continue ?

also they had no reason to stop my probation, except me being better than my line manager, work wise they cannot fault me with anything. I have an excellent review from another manager.
