Absent from work iqama status is absent from work

Hi,

Dear all.

My iqama is absent from work. New Huroob 60 days time already finished.

How I can request to Qiwa for more 60 days time?

For iqama transfer.

Now 14 months complete of absent from work. But this is new huroob.

Any solution? please tell me.
