TERMINATED CONTRACT UNDER PROBITIONARY PERIOD

May I ask any help if you can answer my question please.

My contract was terminated under probationary period. I am a local hired. This employer emailed me that I need to transfer my sponsorship within 2weeks since the termination period or else they will file a legal action againts me as my iqma is under him already.

my questions are:

  1. How many days are alloted for me by the government to find a new employer?
  2. is it true that after 2weeks he can make a complaint or anything againts me?
  3. can he file an exit visa for me even I am a local hired?

@AyHa Ask your employer to issue an exit visa for you. Yes, he can and he should bcoz he terminated you.
