Hello everyone I really want to help for make marriage certificate I'm from Bangladesh my wife from Indonesia we want to do married but my wife iqama expire if anyone one know how we make it in the situation please please please help us by Any Link or agent 🙏🙏

@rizrikky you can conduct marriage first through sheikh. Then you need to register through Ministry of Justice if you want it to be legally recognised but both your iqama should not be expired, it should be updated otherwise you can't register it here. Once both your iqama are updated, you can register but your wife needs a guardian with his resident ID because they will encode it in system, if she doesn't have a guardian in Saudi, she needs to have an authorisation letter from her legal guardian like her dad, brother, grandfather, written than he's giving authorisation for someone here as his representative. Authorisation letter together with the guardians valid ID should be notarised by a lawyer then should verified by your wife's country's department of foreign affairs. Once you have all this you can proceed with the registration here in KSA
