Dataflow clarification

I have questions regarding my COE for data flow,

I have 4 years experience as NICU Nurse in a tertiary private hospital,  unfortunately it closed down recently. Can I still use this COE for dataflow? Do I need to be currently employed for data flow? Do I need to have at least 1 year employed  before I can proceed for data flow?
