Job transfer after termination.

You'll have to arrange for your iqama and sponsor transferred from old company to new company. Ask your new employer regarding that, because he'll have to initiate the transfer request after your service period is over.

@megaancient My contract is of 12 months, Out of which only 03 months I have completed. I have got terminated due to management issue. Now, I have got job from other company. Is it possible to change the job without leaving the country or I have to go to my home country and again comeback on new visa.

@Imraan Khan You can change your job without going back to your country given that you're successfull with transfer of your sponsor and iqama to the new establishment. If you already have new offer letter, ask the new company to initiate the transfer procedure. Tell them exactly when your notice period will be over, so that they can initiate transfer procedures as soon as you're free of your old company.

If you're unable to transfer your sponsorship and iqama to the new establishment, then you'll have to exit, go back to your country and apply for job.

@megaancient Thanks again for your reply. One more doubt. If my company is issuing me final exit, What will be the situation then. Do, I have to go to my home country and return back or I can stay and join the other company.
