I Came back to Saudi Arabia after 3 years, New iqama and Mobile nbr . Should i sign up now? or how i can get the old one Account?

@XTang i already registered my diploma with saudi Counsel, but that was before 4, 5 years, Noe after 3 years i came back , and this new Company asking about Saudi Counsel Registration. So how i can reach to my old account, Now i have new number and Iqama . Kindly guide me.
