Pending salary and benefits

Dear Sir Madam, I resigned from a company in July 2021 with notice period of 60 days becuse of delayed salary .which ended on 30-09-2021 but my company insisted me to do the work two more month which is upto 30-11-2021 then they send me on vacation by telling me to come back then we will isuue final exit and do final settlement but when i came back to saudi arabia on 13-04-2022 they extend my iqama for another one year without my knowledge. Then i forced them to send me on exit or else i don't work. Then i filed a case in labour office on 23-05-2022 regarding my balance salary of 6 months and end of service benefit. But nobody came for friendly solution then i filed case in labour court on 08-06-2022 since then my case is still running now they are threatening me they will file a criminal case against me for theft in the company which i never committed it's almost 7 months my case in labour still running and they are threatening me they will file criminal case of theft but till now they did not . I don't know what to do please advice. They want me to withdraw the case in labour court for pending salary and benefit. My iqama will expire on 08-04-2023. Please, advice.
