Iqama Sponsorship transfer issue

Hello everyone,

hope you all good!

Im facing a hard time now and im hoping some opinions from you all !

ok lemme explain you clearly 1st..

3rd of February 2020 i joined to a company in saudi as an auto mechanic technician.

after one year my iqama got expired and my kafeel didn’t renewed it yet,

now its 7 months of expired.

so i focus on to sponsorship transfer without my kafeel approval!

i went for an interview selected in reputed company,

last Thursday they sent me job contract through qiwa portal..

i accepted it and the status changed in to

Pending completion In absher by new employer..

but after 2 or 3 days my new employer told me that we couldn’t complete the procedure bcoz there are problems in your database. So please visit the passport office!

I went to passport office and they asked me to go makthab amal.

i went to makthab amal and checked  and they said that both companies were accepted your request and only the jawazat need to approve this!

again i went to jawazat and checked.. there is a 1000 riyal fine from and my fingerprint is in the police..

yes like month before police took me and took my finger print for iqama expired.

so yesterday i went to tahweel alrajhi and took check saudi and submitted to the police to remove my fingerprint.. and around 10:15 in the morning they said that my fingerprint will be clear within 30 minutes.

i informed to my new employer and they said they will check..

but still there no any positive replies yet..

i need to know now why this is getting late and what will be the issue.. ??

at the same time other side my old and current kafeel got to know that im trying to transfer sponsorship and got angry with me.. also he terminated me from my precent job..

he said he will give one week to me to find a another job or he will give me the final exit and for the ticket I should pay!!

i dont no what to do and what will happen !
