A few questions before coming to Saudi

lily58

Hi to all,

Feeling a bit anxious about travelling in Saudi, I would like to know :

How long it approximately take to get an iqama for wife.

Is it better to cover hair when arriving in the country ?

I read that no medications are allowed when arriving in the country. Are natural medecines such homeopathy allowed ?

Are there women's taxis drivers for women ?

Thank you for you answers.

Depending on your HR/GR rep, 3 weeks to 2 months.

No requirement.

Carry a doctor's letter with the same name , and carry the medicine in its original box with the matching name. Get the letter translated to be safe.

Are there women's taxis drivers for women ?

I believe it does exist but Uber are safe and have never needed a female only driver.

Thank you for you answers.

Good luck.
