Atm machine problem

Hi everyone

I withdrew cash from Al Rajhi atm machine (I am ANB cardholder). The machine did not dispensed any cash but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have called ANB customer care and made a report.

Is anyone here faced the same situation like me? If any, I just wanna know how long it took for you to get back the amount credited into your account. And is there any chances I will not get the money. Thank you.

You will get the money back. However, the process takes time. Your bank may also ask you to submit a dispute form.

The time it takes can vary by bank and can be as little as a week up to a month.
