Returning to work in Qatar

Dear all,

I was working in Qatar last year and resigned from the company on good terms. I cleared all my banking and paperwork from the company and cancelled my Visa. Now I have a new offer on the table but I seem to have a file note with MOI stating that I resigned and it´s difficult for the new company to hire me.

Is there anything that can be done to clear my file so I can return to Qatar for work?
