What's a reasonable base salary for an Assistant Professor at SQU?

I was recently offered 1365OR base salary plus other benefits (accomodations, tickets, ..etc). I'm from the US and have 8 years of industry experience + PhD and Post Doctorate. The offer seems too low (and is about 1/3 my salary here in the US). What is a reasonable base salary and would they be willing to negotiate? Thanks in advance
