Sponsoring Step Child

Hello,

My husband has a job offer in Oman. We have been married for 3 years but I have a son (13) from a previous marriage who lives with us. Can my husband sponsor my son for the family joining so he can attend school in Oman? If so, what paperwork is required.

Hi,

We are currently in a similar situation as I have 100% care my 12 year old son from a previous relationship. My husband and I would like to work overseas with both our boys, but unsure what is required for a step-child to be given a visa.
Did you receive any helpful information that you could pass on ?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I didn't receive any answers what so ever. In the meantime it is no longer relevant to me anyway, as my husband has passed away. So I am now a single mom, desperately looking for work somewhere on this planet.

I hope you will find a way to make it work.
