Quality DIY Store

Hello folks, could anyone tell me if there is a quality DIY store located in the Muscat area? I am looking for something like ACE hardware (UAE) where I can buy good quality shelving (preferably cut to size) and supports. There are a few other items I'd like to buy, so hopefully a well stocked shop. I much prefer good quality over cheap prices. Many thanks, Rob

Hi RobbyP,

If you are looking at all-under-one-roof kind of a place, well, there is none in Muscat (as yet).

If you do not mind visiting a row of shops looking for things that you need, then there are many hardware stores this side of town in Honda Road, off Hamriya in the Ruwi area.

Likewise, Wadi Kabir area has many such stores which stock various home use hardwares. Am sure such stores exist in the Seeb, Al Hail areas as well. Check them out.
