overstay penalty

Good morning to everyone.

I am on a housemaid visa for 6 years and my visa will expire on 30 January 2020. I do not want to renew my visa. I already inform my boss and resign last Dec 23, 2019.

The problem is I will be leaving Oman on 29 February 2020. How much will be the penalty for it? and is it my sponsor or their PRO who will cancel me?or is it ok I will exit in normal immigration in airport.

I hope anyone can help me answer this questions.

Hi zhi

there will be no penalty if you leave the country before 30 days complete after the expiry of your work permit otherwise 30 rial per month is penalty for overstay.
