Besides some of these branded chains like Horizon, there are also numerous local ones. Those are much cheaper and the equipments there would also be pretty basic.

The likes of Horizon have excellent equipments and trainers - thus justifying the costs.

If you are already in Muscat, you can find it out by yourself.

If you are not in Muscat yet, knowing the names and locations of these local gyms would serve you no purpose.

And mind you, South Al Khuwair, is a pretty vast area.
