today idk if i have crossed a red light or not. I was coming back home from ruwi and on darsait signal there was traffic. i almost crossed half stop line on signal when the traffic light went red and then i moved forward and the flash clicked..so did i voileted the law or not...as before the red light i had already crossed half stop line.

Yes you did. if it's the first time to commit such offensive the fine is RO50 and you'll be asked to sign an underwriting not to do it again as penalty for repeat offensive could extend to imprisonment
