Delivery and baby residency paper requirement

Hi, Could anyone advise me what the requirement will provide for the hospital I'm planning to give birth at al sabah maternity hospital I'm will turn 7th this month..possibly can I open a file now? I mean go there for a check-up so they will have my record. I'm a filipina and my husband is  Jordanian.. we got married in the Philippines we.. hope someone could help me with  what kind of stamp I needed on my DFA papers.. do we need a stamp from jordan embassy here also for the paper? thanks in advance
