Enquiry regarding employment in Israel.

Another thing..Most people have said about the courier charge 107$ and they earn money with that payment.Please check or ask from a friend who is in israel , if a document is DHL whats the charge..Cohen doesnot courier the package in normal way the DHL the parcel.

Please help me to find out if this recruitment agency called Cohen Employment Group in Isreal is real and truly exist in the said address. Legal address: HaZayit St 7, Elyashiv, Isreal, 4288500. Operational office address: Tybur HaArets 12, Tverya, Isreal. Reg. Code: 516247814. Registered 9th February. 2020. License No. 216095596, valid until December 2027. +97233760340. This company sent me a pre-employment job offer and said that they will send me the hardcopy contract via DHL but I must first pay 104 dollars to cover the cost of delivery. After that, I will spend 50 to 70 dollars on Notary service for translation. I will pay for my flight ticket via their partner agent. They said that the will give me 3 months electronic visa to enter Israel and get the B1 work permit on arrival. Please help me find out if they are really doing what they claim. It was yesterday 11th June 2025 I submitted my documents to cohen employment group but me too I received email back today saying my documents are incomplete and visa form not filled correctly

Same here, I paid 107usd, went through the hassle of notrizing and attesting the documents for whole month, spent over 90 dollars on that as well,

And When i sent them the documents This is the reply i got:

Dear Applicant!

We regret to inform you that your visa application and submitted documents have been rejected for the following reasons:

- The visa application package is incomplete;

- The visa application form is filled out incorrectly (illegible).

Please prepare the visa application form correctly and legibly.

Also make sure that you send a complete set of documents, according to the specified list cohengroup.org.il/doc-for-visa-en

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Sorry but I think this is a scam because they can email you the contract actually and sign it and send to them through email also.

If you like to confirm contact israel ministry of labor https://www.Gov.Il/en/departments/labor … nding-page and ask about this company or any department of israel.

You can contact embassy if you have approval from Israel ministry of interior then scheduling can be done to submit documents.

I also applied agriculture job,i didn't see this forum definitely I will be paid just escaped,

I paid 107 dollars. I also got a curriculum from Sova Express which has the original contract letter. But my problem is that in my contract, the visa of the construction labour is written and I have been told by Cohen Group that I have to work in the vegetable warehouses. I do not understand what I should do. I also emailed the original contract to the Israeli counselor in India. They refused to verify the contract.

They are sending this to everyone without telling you what is incorrect ? Or What is incomplete with the application.

The application is fairly simple but they tell me something is incorrect without mentioning it. I have done USA. UK  &  Canada without a problem.

I took my papers to VFS and they said the application is fine.

Something is not right with their rejection of visa papers . Other applications by other companies by VFS are going through and getting visas approved.

Did anyone who got the employment letter get his visa and his in Israel

I can't trust cohen group of Israel...
