old company jan 31 my visa finished me joined new company but still not apply my visa hr told me he can't apply for visa so extending then before joining this company  my passport also renewed but new passport did not stamp my old company visa  and what is the reason for too much delay

Yes.  You will be illegal in Bahrain.   Leave before visa expires and if new visa doesn't come.   Otherwise you run the risk of deportation and never getting a visa for Bahrain again.
