You can only stay 30 days once visa is finished.  To stay longer, you need to apply for an extension of stay at LMRA.  If you don't do that, you are staying illegally and your new visa may be rejected.

If rejected then you have to leave.

Depends on length of overstay - may have to pay a fine.  Check with NPRA before leaving.

As far as other option is concerned, I already told you - go to LMRA and ask for extension of stay post visa expiry.
