Clear to Travel Back to Bahrain

Ahsan.masood1980

Hi,
One of my relative got deported from Bahrain but before getting deported he got android mobile on installments, which he couldn't paid a single installment. Now he want to come back to Bahrain for work. I have checked from his travel ban from portal which said there are no allegations. Could anyone tell me will he be able to apply visa and even if he will arrive at the airport what he will do. Is there any chances he will get caught by police in-case?

The mobile is the least of his problems. Getting deported means that there is a high chance that any future visas for him will be rejected.

Secondly travel ban is applied when the person is in bahrain so he could have recovery cases against him but it won't lead to a travel ban as he is not here.

Hi X Tang, I am very grateful for your reply. Please advice incase if he will come back with successful visa. The liability in terms of mobile full payment, how the case will be tackled by the Immigration department. Will they detain him ? if yes, than where ? at the air port or in a police station ? or they ask him to  pay off all the amount which he have to pay to Zain...or anything else ? Please advice

There are a lot of if's in this:

1) That he will actually get a visa after being deported and having potentially a case for recovery pending against him.  I somehow doubt this very much
2) The nature of the case - depends what case has been filed and how long has it been pending.  This could lead to detention at the airport or none at all.  No one can tell you that.  Find out first from the courts if a case has been filed against him
3) In all cases, he will have to pay back the liability in full

Thanks X Tang for all your replies.
