CASE CLEARED ON SYSTEM

Good day.

I have a dilemma and Im hoping you can enlighten me. Im planning to apply for tourist in Europe. One of the questions on their background check is about criminal record.

I have record of runaway because I left my employer who is not paying me properly. We went to court and settled the case. I received compensation. It was in 2012. It also cleared in immigration.


Question.

If they will background check me here in Bahrain are they going to see  this record?

Should I declare this runaway case eventhough it is already resolved?

Im just afraid it will affect my tourist application.

1) Runaway is not criminal.  It is a labor violation

2) No need to declare
