8 month old no visa

I am curently at a situation that doesnt seem to have a solution. Pls if someone can help me. My baby was born last nov 8 2022 here in bahrain. I then started arranging for his visa requirements. After arranging and submitting his requirements, my employer declined to have him as my dependent. I then decided to exit bahrain rather than him staying for longer without the visa. I then went NPRA to settle bis exit form. But they need my employer to sign a form for the exit permit of my baby since I am under their visa. But my employer refused to sign the said form and stated that they have nothing to do with my baby. Without the form, they cannot issue the exit permit. I tried processing his visa under my own expense but i still got blocked since I am not eligible to sponsor his visa since I am under the employment of my employer.  So now how can I leave this country?

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation, you should immediately contact your embassy and explain them the situation.
