Without giving any context on this i.e. where you saw it etc., how can you expect anyone to answer?

It seems like a court case or a reference for a complaint. That's all I can say.

I guess is a loan shark whom I borrowed like 90 bd for interest of 10% is like 100 bd .I told home I will pay this month half and next month half later after 20 days he started harasing me call my family and even take my I pad worth 260 bd .still that he police complain for me after doing .
What to do in the situation????
