Noc from employer for Court marriage in Bahrain

karenrodrigues

I intend to get married to my partner in the court of Bahrain. As part of the procedure, we need an NOC from our respective employers, and my partner's employer is refusing to provide one, as the signatory is out of bahrain and wont come anytime soon. Can someone suggest me any alternative or something that can help to speed up the process. We wish to marry on 26 December 2019 (Its a special date to us).

Thanks!
Good day.

Only the authorized signatories of a company as registered with MOIC can provide NOC's on behalf of the company.   There is nothing much that you can do otherwise if your employer is refusing to provide it.

Get married in your home countries if the date is important.

Yes, noted. But travelling back home is more of an expense. Trying to get a solution and know if a salary slip of something would do.

They want NOC i.e. no objection certificate.   This requirement is NOT to prove whether or not you are employed but whether your employer has any objection to you getting married here.

Yes, that is true. Noted. Lets hope for the best.
