Hello expats.i just joined the community.i have been in bahrain for two months.am from kenya.i do wish to move to another job after the 3 month probation period but am not sure what the legalities are.could anyone tell me if this is possible without me breaching the contract.

Hi,

If your current employer agrees to give you an NOC (no objection cert) then you can move (locally transfer), else i am afraid you need to at-least complete 12months. Read through the below mentioned link.

My visa remaining 3 month balance i planing resign this job. so i give hand letter or send post / beacuse my employer refuse me so please let me know what should i do.
