Hello!

Which annual leave pay calculation is correct and?

1-year work = 1 month vacation pay OR 11-month work = 1 month vacation pay

I'm confused because in my friends' company, they can go on vacation on their 12th month of working year, and they got 1 month vacation pay.

To keep it simple, you get vacation based on each year that you have worked. So you have to work a year to be entitled to vacation pay. Keep this separate from ACTUALLY going on vacation - that is subject to each employer's individual company practices.

For eg: if I joined a company on Jan 1st 2024 & I could have accrued 30 days annual leave by December 2024 end & I take annual leave from 1st Jan to 30th Jan 2025.

so when can I take next 30 days complete annual leave ? from Jan 1st 2026 to Jan 30th 2026 or from Feb 1st 2026 to March 2nd 2026

30days is for a year, usually its upto you and the company's decission on how leaves can be taken. If your company permits you can take leaves from 1 jan to 31 feb and complete you enter quote for 2 years also. It all depends if your company is flexible with that.
