Already in Bahrain requirements for visit visa to UAE

Just get a travel agent to issue you a tourist visa for UAE. 

Please advise, I will exit to UAE from Bahrain and come back with working visa. Do I need to do GAMCA in UAE to re entry Bahrain? Thank you.

Speak to your potential employer about this, they will guide you.

In addition to my question, since I will be coming from UAE and enter back to Bahrain through working visa, will LMRA will still required medical to apply my working visa?

You already have a work visa.  The only medical that will be required will be INSIDE Bahrain to grant residence permit.
