International Driving Permit from India

Hi,I recently moved to Bahrain and have a valid driving license along with the International Driving Permit that is issued in India by the state transport department.Is this valid to drive in Bahrain. I saw a site : internationaldriversassociation.com/They say they can give an International license based on my Indian license that will be valid in Bahrain.Do any of you have experience using this site. Is it trust worthy to go ahead with them?Please advise.ThanksRanganath

I can't comment on the site but what I can tell you is that your IDP is ONLY valid while you don't have a Bahrain residence. The moment you get residence, your IDP will no longer be valid and you need to get a Bahrain driving license.
