Reading your posts (this and previous) it seems you are planning something really difficult. My suggestion is to consult a migration lawyer. In my opinion neither your fiance nor his mother would be granted as they would be dependent on you and you being a student could be lacking financial capacity to be a provider for two adults. But I could be wrong.

Is alot more simpler to prove a marriage than it is a defendant parents. It is not Impossible but it is just difficult.  You may try to apply so you know it.

Yes this is very make sense. Because the SV need her to prove E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. To provide 1 person could be granted but 2 persons could be very difficult. Which we know it how difficult to find legal apartment contract here and she must be able to provide it. And job contract couldn't just temporary, but must be permanent contract, and also how much the salary she would provide for 2 persons??? Unless she could make 600-800kr an hour the aplication might be granted faster.

By provide, I meant living expenses as a family etc. Since the fiance (new here) & his dependent mother won't have any source of income they will be considered as a dependent person. Since she said earlier she is a student, it's not likely she'll meet all the expenses on her own. That's why I think both will be denied the permit. Unless someone local acts a sponsor, she is not Swedish either. But that said I could be wrong as I'm not a migration expert

Thank you for ur answer. Yeah I understand that it would be hard since I am a student, but I am thinking about working part time aswell and my fiancé is a professional photographer/videographer so when he gets his resident permit, he could start working right?

Alright, well I understand what you mean. I don’t think that I can get my mother in law right away to sweden, but we can wait for a few years right? Because my fiancé would start work and earn money so that would be helpful wouldn’t it? I understand that it must be hard to provide for two adults, so I will just start applying for my fiancé in the beginning...I am from Denmark so I can live in Sweden since I am a EU citizen, so I don’t think that would be a problem and I would work part time and study in Copenhagen.

If you working part time sorry to say, your aplication probably 99% cannot be granted. The SV need to find you a full time job with a permanent contract. Sorry to say but its a fact. And i have seen many cases. Even if someone only get 3 month job contract, they got rejected. Yes even if he hasn't get a residence permit granted, he still can work because You are an EU citizen while waiting for the decision. But to apply all of this you need to prove many things. And waiting for the processes it can be take up to 2 years.

You can live anywhere you wish to, that's not the point. Your assumptions about getting work for yourself and your fiance getting work are too optimistic. But as I said I could be wrong. I don't want to discourage you with your ambitions, everyone would like to live wirh their loved ones, so better talk to a migration lawyer.

I have one question tho, there is something called SU here in Denmark which is where you can get money while you are studying and I’ll get around 7920 sek every month and then I’ll get a part time job aswell, do you think that I can provide for both my fiancé on that money?

The thing is even if he wants to work, getting work is beyond his control. In that case you have to act as his provider for which you don't seem to have adequate  financial capacity.
