Swedish work permit

I have an ongoing work permit application from September 2022, after waiting almost 18 months I filed for "request to conclude" which they rejected after 4 weeks by saying they need more time to investigate. After this decision, I went for an appeal to migration court and within a week I got decision in my favor where the court has asked Migratonsverket to make a decision as soon as possible. Since than It's already been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from MV. Is there anyone facing the same issue?
