Why don't you just look on airbnb.com?

Thought i would see if any locals have an apt to rent and so cut out the middle man.

I'm also ISO accommodation for 2 well behaved, non smoking adults from December 23rd, 2017 through until January 5 - 6th,2018 No kids or Pets.

Prefer (preferred) within a resort style facility!
Unobstructed Ocean-Views (my top priority) with a easy walk of Beach and be centrally located to main Shops, Entertainment and Restaurants!

This will be our 1st visit to Spain; so flexible with which tourist location.  Ocean Views & Beach Walks ISO.
I'm keeping a budget in mind; although, we'd enjoy something luxury too!

We Welcome Spain Regulars any recommendations for areas to stay, visit - and Why; What attracts 1 there.  Hoping walking and or reliable public transport will eliminate need to rent a vehicle whilst there!
