Visa at Russian embassy $250

Passport = $200

Ticketing, i don't know, never been comes there.

It should also be noted Ukraine is attacking both military and civilian targets around Moscow.

Insurance may be an issue.

Your forum information tells me you're a US citizen.  You should be aware that the US State Department has issued a "Level 4 do not travel advisory" for the whole of Russia, so if you go there and get in trouble, unless your name is Hunter Biden, you'll be on your own.
