Looking for housing with only English spoken Tough!!

Hello I Looking for housing as a room in a unit or small Apartment in Timosoara as a American for 3 or more months but having a hard time with the language and owners. Currently staying at a Air bb but the host here wants way too much money with no discount for longer term. Planning on moving to Romania and will also later have to get a contract for work. I have called a few rentals but no English is spoken and I get hung up on. Can anyone help? Thanks ahead of time

Are you friendly enough with anyone who can do the talking for you?

(I let my wife do all the expensive negotiations. A) she's Romanian, and B) Americans can't haggle worth a dang or, at least, not as well as a native Romanian.)

I have talked to a few locals that say the Real Estate companies have somewhat taken over the rental market here and even for them its harder.
I have to move this Friday so booked another place for a week. Thanks again

Try & find an online letting agent. We e.mailed them all in English to try & find 6 months rental in Sibiu & did get replies in English from a couple & a rental apartment!
