Family Eu Card 5 years Residency in Romania

You can not extend it,  because you are not entitled anymore to stay in Romania.
You are not a family member anymore of Romanian citizen.

Even you still a family member of Romanian citizen, the authorities in Romania would not issue you a new residency card. This is because you have spent 3 years outside the territory of Romania !!

I can confirm Jalyoka's answer as correct.  The answer is no.  I suppose you'll have to find another Romanian girl to marry
