Keeping a RHD car in Romania off-road.

If I have a garage, or driveway in Romania, is it allowed to keep a RHD car there. Not to be driven, just stored?


Similar to declaring sorn in the UK. The car will not be used on the roads and is exempt from testing.


or potentially, no need to re-register the car in Romania, keep it registered in the UK but declared as sorn, and do not use it in Romania.
